2. International Claim Process
Since physical returns are difficult for international orders, Xcom offers a flexible 3-step solution:
- Evidence: Provide photos/videos of the technical defect via WhatsApp or Email.
- Verification: Our technical team will verify and respond within 48 business hours.
- Resolution: We provide free replacement parts or deduct the item value from your next invoice.
3. Visual Inspection (QC)
Before loading into the container, Xcom provides a full Visual Inspection Report including:
- High-quality photos of the finished lot.
- Videos showing the packaging and container loading process.
- Final quantity and quality check sign-off.
