Based in Ho Chi Minh City, Xcom Furniture provides flexible international shipping terms to optimize your logistics costs.
1. International Trade Terms (Incoterms)
EXW (Ex Works):
The buyer is responsible for collecting the goods from our factory address: 328 Tran Dai Nghia Street, Tan Nhut, Binh Chanh, Ho Chi Minh City. This is ideal if you have your own freight forwarder in Vietnam.
FOB (Free On Board):
We deliver the goods and clear them for export at Cat Lai Port or HCMC Ports. The buyer handles the sea freight and all subsequent logistics from that point.
2. Payment Method
- Telegraphic Transfer (T/T): The most secure and preferred method for international B2B transactions.
- Standard Process: 30% deposit upon order confirmation, and the remaining 70% balance paid before shipping or upon receipt of the Bill of Lading (B/L) copy.
3. Packaging & Loading
All furniture items (Chiavari, Napoleon, etc.) are carefully packed to export standards to ensure safety during long-distance transit.
- FCL (Full Container Load): Maximize space and cost for 20ft/40ft containers.
- LCL (Less than Container Load): Suitable for smaller wholesale orders.
